Background
Victoria: I started off with PrideStaff eight years ago as a job seeker myself, and I’ll never forget the way the staff made me feel. When I was offered an internal position as a recruiting assistant, I was thrilled – and accepted immediately. Over the years I worked my way up through the organization as a recruiter, staffing consultant and business development manager for the North Dallas PrideStaff team, so I know how this industry works from both a job seeker’s and employer’s perspective. Along the way, I’ve learned how to truly focus the experience on what others value most. When we know what our clients and candidates value, we can deliver the experience they deserve.

What I love about Dallas
I love how diverse Dallas is! There are so many unique pockets/neighborhoods here that allow you to feel like a tourist in your own city. It’s very fun!
