Background
I have 30 years of business experience with a vast array of major retail brands and categories, including food/beverage, entertainment, fashion, technology and industrial. I received an MBA from the University of Colorado and have supported the retail business in a variety of leadership positions. Most recently, I served in a consultative role for a region of franchise operations across the Western US. Throughout my career, I’ve learned the value of people: If you invest in them and treat them well, they’ll take care of your customers – and your business will flourish.

Along the way, I’ve built my expertise in HR (I’m currently pursuing professional HR certification), recruiting, hiring, employee engagement and business consulting. Now, I blend my passion and proficiency in these areas to help clients use staffing strategically – while connecting hard-working people with meaningful employment opportunities. It’s incredibly rewarding to work in an industry that benefits our employers, residents and community.
