Donald Graves, Co-Owner/Strategic-Partner
During the course of my career, I have worked for large employers (including IBM), and my family has started and grown several successful businesses. With decades of experience as an employee and an employer, my next logical step was to become part of a national brand. PrideStaff’s values and vision align with my own, and their culture of excellence makes them the ideal opportunity for me to grow a legacy company.
I have over 25 years of commercial and Department of Defense IT experience in a wide range of roles and functions, including project management. As the COO for a computer facilities management services, my role included hiring and managing, preparing risk assessments, procurement and payroll. Now, as Strategic-Partner, I put my diverse experience to great use every day. PrideStaff affords me the opportunity to help the community while running a successful business.
The Big Picture:
Working in the staffing industry allows our team to positively impact an individual’s life. Our goal is to help, and that can manifest in many ways – from giving positive feedback to helping a partner achieve their dream of direct employment (if that is their goal). Our motto is to “underpromise and overdeliver.”
Our office fills a major void in the Fort Meade-Bowie market. We bring meaningful employment opportunities to people in a community that was grossly underserved.
The Scoop on Staffing:
Staffing is a complex profession that requires specific skills and knowledge of various industries and human behavior. We add value by sharing that staffing and HR expertise to help employers grow their business. For job seekers, our goal is to deliver a seamless experience every time, and to treat each job seeker as if they are our only customer.
PrideStaff has a proven track record of success and a solid business model that benefits both employers and job seekers. We outperform the competition – and deliver better results – by living out our mission, “consistently provide client experiences focused on what they value most.”
Secrets to Success:
People First! Our business is people, so it’s critical to always “keep your eye on the ball” by treating everyone with dignity and respect.
Be well prepared, work hard and treat people with dignity and respect.
Sitting by the water and enjoying what God has made ...
