Background

I’m a strategic leader with over 35 years of experience working for a Fortune 100 company in the oil and gas industry, which included many overseas assignments. During that time, I honed my skills in operations management, engineering and leading a staff of several hundred culturally diverse employees. This experience helped me understand and appreciate the value of diversity, as everyone has something unique to contribute to an organization.

Now, as a PrideStaff Strategic-Partner, I leverage my background to better understand employers’ and job seekers’ challenges – and design solutions that build businesses and careers.
