Our client in the Central Western Suburbs is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their 10am-7pm shift. The Customer Service Rep will be responsible for speaking with the tenants about their utility bills.
- CSRs must be able to demonstrate how a property utility bill is calculated
- CSRs will be expected to answer an average of 115 calls per day
- Understand and be able to explain what to bill for which includes and is not limited to: water, sewer, trash, electricity, gas, and cable
- Understand and be able to explain all fees
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous call center experience
- Strong data entry/typing skills
- English/Spanish bilingual capabilities a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
