Paul S. Basi, Owner/Strategic-Partner
I have been a lifelong owner of a small farming business and worked full-time as a teacher and athletic director for over 20 years. Additionally, I have had the privilege of serving as a city and countywide planning commissioner, shaping policy for well-planned community growth.
My work experience has allowed me to develop and maintain hundreds of personal and professional relationships. These lifelong relationships assisted me in acquiring the necessary skills to become an effective, competitive, thorough, organized and compassionate leader.
Throughout the years, I have trained, mentored, supervised and guided thousands to pursue their dreams. Collaboration with numerous agencies and businesses provided many opportunities for the success of my own small business. Positive and sometimes difficult challenges enriched my experience in both the private and public sectors, equipping me with skills necessary to understand and solve complex issues. These experiences have provided me with deep insight to provide solutions to overcome obstacles. Ultimately, I feel my diverse experiences have equipped me to bridge client and candidate relationships, helping strengthen and balance the workforce.
The Big Picture:
The PrideStaff mission, "Consistently provide client experiences focused on what they value most," resonates within my mind every day! I hold myself and my staff accountable to this mission statement and deliver what my clients expect on a daily basis.
I want to know everything about each business and job seeker my team works with, so we can build lifelong relationships. I want our candidates and clients to grow, learn, aspire and prosper. I want individuals and companies to feel a real sense of satisfaction once they come into contact with us.
To that end, our goal is to make a major positive impact within the Sacramento business community by becoming a local leader in the employment world.
The Scoop on Staffing:
Staffing trends have changed significantly in the past several years. Many businesses find it cumbersome to employ, train and motivate their workforce and are looking for experts to assist. PrideStaff has an obligation to help each employer identify the best solution, and then tailor it to the needs and culture of their business. We custom tailor to what our clients expect from us.
Tremendous growth in the greater Sacramento area market and an evolving employment landscape make it critical for employers and job seekers to have a partner whose values align with their own. To ensure we are a powerful resource for clients and candidates, we've expanded our footprint. In 2017, we opened an additional hub to serve in connecting job seekers with employers in the greater Yuba City/Marysville and North area.
Secrets to Success:
The key to success is to consistently deliver what we promise. I expect my office to bring their "A game" every day!
PrideStaff's proven processes and guarantees ensure we "get it right the first time" and create a winning scenario for all parties involved.
My stress reliever consists of walking my dog through my orchard in the early morning hours watching the sunrise. Traveling and learning about different cultures both relaxes and intrigues me. I also focus on exercise, family, faith and friends to stay healthy and balanced.
