PrideStaff Houston (Northeast) Staffing Firm Wins New Office of the Year Award

PrideStaff is pleased to name PrideStaff Houston (Northeast) as the winner of the New Office of the Year Award at the 2024 PrideStaff Annual Conference.

This honor is given to the new PrideStaff office with the best results nationwide in gross margin, clients billed, and operational practices during their first full year in business. Each member of the office also received a personal award in recognition of their achievement. The award was one of two that Owner/Strategic-Partner Mark Miksa and his office won this year; Miksa was also named a 5-Star Award winner for excellence in gross margin during his first six months with the company.

PrideStaff was excited to host their in-person, three-day event this year at the Marriott Marquis in Houston, TX. Featuring inspiring keynote speakers, panel discussions, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities, the “Take the Reins” conference connected Strategic-Partners and their teams from across the country to gain knowledge from their peers and industry experts, acquire new perspectives and best practices, and improve their proficiency at owning and operating a full-service staffing firm.
