PrideStaff Houston (Northwest) Honored with 212 Degrees Award for Top Performance

Recognizing the exceptional performance and dedication for inside sales, Owner/Strategic-Partner, Michael Troyer, is pleased to announce that his Houston (Northwest) office was named the winner of PrideStaff’s 212 Degrees Award. Presented at PrideStaff’s Annual Conference, an in-person, three-day event held at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, this annual award is presented to the PrideStaff office that continually goes above and beyond, providing extra effort and contributions to deliver the highest level of client service while expanding the reach of their local office.

Despite the challenges of a tight candidate market and an increasingly complex regulatory environment, the Houston (Northwest) team had a fantastic year and received multiple awards at this year’s event. In addition to the 212 Degrees Award, Troyer also won the Ambassador Award, for graciously giving his time and energy to help franchise candidates understand the proven PrideStaff model, and a coveted President’s Circle Award, for exceeding revenue objectives for the year. Finally, Jermaine Rogers, an outstanding field associate working with the Houston (Northwest) office, was recognized with the Temporary Employee of the Year award. This award recognizes the associate who best represents PrideStaff’s core values and continuously lives the PrideStaff Mission.
