Together, with our St. Pete Clearwater office, we specialize in staffing call center, clerical, administrative, financial and light industrial positions. Our team recruits qualified candidates for direct hire and temp-to-hire positions to meet the needs of leading employers throughout Tampa’s Westshore business district.

We are involved with many economic development organizations, which enables us to have exposure to the local talent market, hiring trends, competitive information and local companies who are hiring. We believe strongly in giving back to our community and being active in improving our community for the next generation.

Background
Both Matt and Amanda served in recruiting-related positions within the George W. Bush Presidential Administration. Amanda served in the office of Presidential Personnel as a Special Assistant to the President of the United States. Matt served at the U.S. Small Business Administration as the Deputy Chief of Staff and White House Liaison. They are experienced in hiring staff at entry level positions to C-suite executives. Matt and Amanda both have significant experience in understanding the operational challenges that senior business leaders face when trying to staff their businesses. They have lived in Pinellas County since 2006 with their son and daughter and enjoy being active in their church and community.

We live in a location that has plenty of sun, great weather and outstanding beaches! Plus, we have the Bucs and the Lightning – what’s not to love about living in the Champa Bay area?
