Background
We are both proud graduates of the University of Alabama. Chris has over 20 years of experience working in business services companies. Before joining PrideStaff, he served as the president and full P&L leader for the nation’s leading provider of screening and security-based information and service solutions. In that role, he was responsible for 3,500 employees and a $400mm budget.
After receiving her Bachelor’s degree, Kim gained experience and insight working as a business analyst for TSYS. She then returned to the University of Alabama to get her M.B.A. Before joining PrideStaff, she worked as an account manager for TM Capital, directly overseeing loan officers and loan programs.

Tuscaloosa is a great city to raise a family! We both love the University of Alabama and everything it brings. Watching the Crimson Tide in Bryant-Denny Stadium on a Fall Saturday is one of our favorite things…it simply can’t be beat. Roll Tide!
