PrideStaff Nashville opened for business in 2008, offering flexible staffing solutions to meet the demands of local businesses.  Prior to that, Owner/Strategic-Partner Tom Murphy worked in the staffing industry for six years as a sales representative, consultant and director of operations.  Tom’s business partner, Michael Murphy, worked in the healthcare industry for eight years before becoming an Owner/Strategic-Partner.

As local co-owners, Tom and Michael focus on solving workforce challenges for Nashville business owners, being involved in their community, and working hands-on in daily operations.  Together with their team of staffing experts, they strive to identify the best fit for both employees and clients, using the resources, training and time they invest in their company.  The ultimate goal?  To free PrideStaff clients to spend their time and energy on core business functions.

Affectionately known as “Music City,” Nashville is a bustling hub for the music industry.  One of the fastest-growing areas of the Upland South, Nashville is a center for the health care, publishing, banking and transportation industries.  Other major employment sectors include education, government and leisure/hospitality.
